BUBBLE
FILM
Air Bubble Film is made of two
layers of L D P E Sheets. The air is entrapped between two layers to give
excellent cushioning.
The Air Bubble Film are
available in a roll form in varying lengths & gauge . The thickness of the
film depends on the gauge . A low gauge leads to a thinner film. The gauge
range from 250 gauge to 600 gauge. The width of the film is either 1mtr or
1.5mtr.
The product gives protection
against dents and scratching and can be easily fabricated in Pouch and
Cover form.
Another advanced application
of packaging is the P E laminated to the air bubble film. The P E
thickness is normally1 mm . This gives the packaged product , the double
benefits of P E and A B F.
Air Bubble Film is water and
chemical resistant & does not produce any static electricity.

Its used in wrapping handle , seat
cushions , outer body of scooters , motorcycles , etc.
Industrial Packaging :-
Its used for wrapping electronic goods , such as EPABX systems , computers
, calculators.
Engineering :-
Steel rolls are usually wrapped in ABF , for export purpose
